Please provide the vACC/Division you are apart of so we can contact them to make sure they delete your data on their sites.
Then go to https://cert.vatsim.net/sso/sso/remember/ & https://auth.vatsim.net/user/data. disable & contact these sites to ensure they will delete your data as well. 

We will confirm in the ticket once all your data has been deleted from an VAT-APAC vACC/Divisional site them delete your GDPR data from the helpdesk system.
